Dear Friend,
Sometimes our healing journey seems impossible. For many of us, just to keep going is a daily struggle. One of the things that helped me in my healing journey was when someone reminded me, “It won’t always be like this.” We can have assurance that healing will come, not because we are so strong but because we have a strong God. I hope you find the list of things below helpful. If you see something that you might need but you can’t afford, please contact us. We have a limited ability to give away certain resources.
You can also visit our website designed just for you: www.abbyssafeplace.com
Click on the library and find some short talks that I recorded for those of us that come from a DID background. (The little ones can look for Charlie Bear while you’re concentrating on what I’m saying.) Also in the library, and here, you will find relevant articles.
